MARRQ

DRINK
RESPONSIBLY.

MARRQ is intended only for adults of legal drinking age.

Responsibility is part of how MARRQ is represented, sold, supplied and enjoyed. Monarca Vino S.R.L. expects every approved trade partner to apply the laws and marketing standards of its market.

Legal drinking age

Do not access purchase functions, buy, supply, resell, serve or deliver MARRQ if doing so would involve a person below the applicable legal drinking age. Trade partners must operate age-verification and sales controls appropriate to their channels and territories.

Do not drink and drive

Never drive, operate machinery or undertake hazardous activities after consuming alcohol. Plan safe transport before drinking.

Pregnancy, medication and health

Follow applicable public-health and medical advice regarding alcohol during pregnancy, while taking medication, or where a health condition may be affected by alcohol. Seek qualified medical advice where appropriate.

Moderation

Alcohol should be consumed responsibly and in moderation. If alcohol is causing concern for you or someone you know, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or recognized support service in your country.

Trade marketing standards

MARRQ must not be marketed to minors; presented as a route to social, sexual, sporting or professional success; associated with driving or dangerous activity; or promoted in a way that encourages rapid, excessive or irresponsible consumption. Trade partners must not make unauthorized health, therapeutic or performance claims. Monarca Vino may immediately restrict supply, revoke brand-use permission or terminate approval where these standards are not respected.

Territory and local rules

Alcohol advertising, age thresholds, health statements, e-commerce and delivery rules vary by country and state. Approval to purchase or distribute MARRQ does not replace the trade partner's obligation to comply with local law.
