This Policy explains the browser storage and similar technologies used on marrqgin.com by Monarca Vino S.R.L. For personal-data information, see the Privacy Policy.

1. Current approach

The current MARRQ website is designed to operate without advertising pixels or non-essential behavioural analytics. Essential storage is used for website operation, security, age-gate status, language, consent preference, cart state and authenticated member sessions.

2. Essential local storage

• marrq_age_verified_v2 — remembers that the browser completed the age gate.
• marrq_cookie_choice_v2 — remembers the browser's privacy/storage choice.
• marrq_language — remembers the selected language.
• marrq_cart — remembers the public-facing bag state before approved commerce.

3. Authenticated member session

The approved member area uses a server-side PHP session cookie to keep authenticated users signed in and to protect account, B2B, cart and checkout functions. Session cookies are configured with security attributes supported by the hosting environment.

4. Age gate

The date entered into the public age gate is evaluated in the browser. The current implementation stores a successful-verification flag rather than intentionally storing the full date of birth in local storage.

5. Payment-provider technologies

If an approved member proceeds to a Stripe-hosted checkout or another approved payment service, that provider may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, fraud prevention, security and payment processing under its own policies.

6. Third-party technical resources

Fonts, map libraries, geographic resources or other technical assets may be delivered by third-party networks. A request for such a resource may reveal standard technical data such as IP address and browser headers to that provider. This is not the same as MARRQ intentionally setting an advertising cookie.

7. Regional consent rules

Where EU/EEA, UK, Brazilian, Korean or other law requires prior consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, such technologies will not be activated before the required consent mechanism is implemented. Where U.S. state law creates an opt-out for sale, sharing or targeted advertising, the applicable control will be provided if MARRQ begins engaging in that activity. The present site does not currently use such advertising technologies.

8. Your controls

You can use the website's storage choice where shown and can clear cookies or local storage using browser settings. Clearing storage may cause the age gate, language preference, consent banner or cart state to reappear and may end an authenticated session.

9. Changes and contact

If non-essential analytics, advertising or new third-party technologies are introduced, this Policy and the consent interface will be updated before activation where prior consent is required. Questions: legal@monarcavino.com.

Language note. English is the controlling website version. Local-language cookie disclosures will be added where required before non-essential technologies are activated in a market.
